What’s the order procedure?

First, we discuss order details, and production details by email or TM. Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make a prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get your payment, we start to process the order. We usually need 30-35 days for large orders if we don’t have the items in stock. During the production, we will contact you for shipment details, ?or the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Of course, we can provide samples before mass production. The ready sample is free and the shipping cost will be paid by yourself.

Can I add my logo or brand name? What’s the MOQ?

Yes sure we can print it. And we will make Mock-Ups to confirm with you before printing all. MOQ is 100pcs of ready to ship products.

What’s the lead time?

The lead time is about 1-3 days for the stock products, and about 30-40 days for customized products;

Normally, our payment methods are Paypal, TT(Wire Transfer), Alipay, Wechat, etc.
